Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are calculated
automatically at checkout. This is calculated according to the destination and
weight of the parcel. If you would like to know the cost of
shipping before you buy all you have to do is take your items
of choice through to the checkout. You will need to log in. The
shipping rate options will be displayed before you. Once you have seen the shipping
costs and methods of service you will be given the choice of either cancelling
the order or making the purchase.
UK Classic Parts Ltd aim to ship your order within 24 hours on a 5 working day per week basis. During extra busy times and extremes of workload this could take longer.
It is our intention that you are
entirely happy with your purchase.
UK Classic Parts Ltd will give a
full refund excluding carriage on items returned to us within seven days of
delivery of the goods subject to the following conditions:
UK Classic Parts Ltd did not order
the goods specially on the customer’s behalf.
The goods are not damaged or soiled in
anyway and returned in the condition and packaging they were sold in.
The goods have not been fitted or changed
in any way.
All shipping costs relating to returned products are the purchaser’s
responsibility and are to be borne by the customer unless it is us that have
made an error in the first place.
Shortage of goods or damaged goods
must be advised within 48 hours of delivery.
Non delivery: Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until six weeks has passed. UK Classic Parts Ltd can not despatch a free replacement until this time has passed. If you require UK Classic Parts Ltd to despatch the goods again before this time has elapsed then you will need to reorder and pay for the goods again. When the postal service confirm the parcel is lost then UK Classic Parts Ltd will issue a refund for the undelivered goods.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE A SHOP PREMISES. IT IS THEREFORE NOT POSSIBLE TO COLLECT OR RETURN ITEMS IN PERSON. If you have a problem with your order please contact us first explaining what you require, preferably by email, as this will create an immediate record on our system. To return an item you will need to send it either by post or carrier wherupon we will be very happy to help you with your problem.

options which will be offered at the checkout according to the weight and
destination of the order.
UK Mainland
Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard: This is our cheapest service and
it is ideal for small single items because of its low cost. This is available
for orders weighing up to 60 grams. Compensation up to £20 for loss or damage.
Royal Mail states delivery aim 3 days. No Tracking.
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded: This is for items of any weight
and there is compensation up to £41 for loss or damage. Royal Mail states
delivery aim 1 day. Proof of delivery. Tracked delivery only
Royal Mail Special Delivery: This is for items of any weight
and there is compensation up to £500. Royal Mail states delivery guaranteed by
1.00pm next day. Tracked online.
Interlink Express Courier: This is an option for orders weighing
from 1500 grams to 31,000 grams. This is sent in 1 parcel or for very heavy
orders may be more than one parcel. The number of parcels in a consignment does
not affect the price. Delivery aim is next day by 3.00pm. This carries
compensation for loss or damage of £7 for every kilogram. Tracked.
Interlink Express Courier – With Insurance: This is the
same as Interlink Express Courier but with compensation for loss or damage with
a maximum of £15,000.
UK Overseas
This includes Channel Islands, Nothern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Isle
of Man, Scottish Islands.

Interlink International Air Express with Insurance: This is an
option for orders weighing from 2001 grams to 10000 grams. Compensation up to
£500 for loss or damage. Delivery aim 2 days
Europe
Airmail Small Packets: This is our cheapest
service and it is ideal for small single items because of its low cost. There
is compensation up to £20 for loss or damage. Royal Mail states delivery aim
3-5 working days. Please note that some more remote and distant destinations
will take longer. No tracking. Weight limit 2000 grams.
Airsure, Airmail: Fast and fully
tracked service to 30 destinations worldwide. There is compensation up to £41
for loss or damage. Royal Mail states delivery aim 2-4 days. Please note that
some more remote and distant destinations will take longer. Online tracking.
Weight limit 2000 grams.
International Signed For, Airmail: Signature
required on delivery service providing extra reassurance that your item has
been delivered when using Airmail. Royal Mail states delivery aim 3-5 working
days depending on destination. Please note that some more remote and distant
destinations will take longer. Tracking only available to the point of
departure from the UK. Weight limit 2000 grams. There is compensation up to £41
for loss or damage.
Interlink Road Service: Delivery aim 3-6
days depending on destination. Fully tracked service. There is compensation up
to £20 for loss or damage. For parcels weighing from 2001-31000 grams.
Interlink Road Service – With Insurance:
Delivery
aim 3-6 days depending on destination. Fully tracked service. There is
compensation up to £500 for loss or damage. For parcels weighing from
2001-31500 grams.
Worldwide
The shipping
cost of your order is a lot more expensive if the total weight is more than 2000
grams. If you want to save money on shipping make sure your parcel weight is
less than 2000 grams so that it goes on the Airmail Small Packet service which
is a lot cheaper. The weight of the parcel is displayed in the checkout. If for
example your parcel weighs 3800grams you can split your order into 2 separate
orders by going back and deleting some items. You can then place a second order
for the deleted items. That way you will save money. Savings will vary
according to destination.
Airmail Small Packets: This is our cheapest service and it is ideal for
